Agreement & Waste Registration Transfer
- It
is hereby agreed between the two parties to this agreement
that Return-a-Toner Ltd do supply YOU with your
chosen number of toner storage wheelie boxes FREE of charge
for depositing the following mono (black ink) toners
ONLY:
- Once
used original equipment (OE) laser jet toner cartridges.
- Once
used original equipment (OE) fax toner cartridges.
- Once
used original equipment (OE) inkjet cartridges.

Waste Code 080318.
With a
maximum not exceeding more than 25% non-original units
(remanufactured/ compatible) and colour units being deposited
separately, or not exceeding 50% combined.

Mobile phones - complete including batteries.

- YOU
agree to deposit no items other than specified, and
specifically NO, a. Original boxes, b. Photocopier
units, c. Refill bottles or refill kit parts, d. Imaging units
or drum units, e. Print ribbons.
- YOU
will take due care & attention in ensuring phones &
toners deposited are closely packed to maximise space per box,
and to avoid ‘loose movement’ in transit:
i)
Laser & fax cartridges should be in original
foil/plastic bags to avoid damage.
ii)
Inkjet cartridges should first be packed in a separate
smaller box to avoid damage.
iii)
Mobile phones should first be packed in a separate smaller
box to avoid damage.
- YOU
will make Return-a-Toner Ltd aware of recovery
only when a box is full.
Return-a-Toner Ltd will arrange a third
party carrier to recover the full box/boxes within a
reasonable time period FREE of charge.
- Return-a-Toner
Ltd bears no responsibility for third party carrier
performance but will take all steps to ensure a collection is
maintained always.
- YOU
agree to take due care & attention in ensuring all
recycling containers in your care are kept secure from theft,
damage, neglect or misuse.
- Should
YOU either: -
i)
Fail to perform in accordance with any condition of this
agreement, or
ii)
Elect to use either non-original toners (compatible) or
coloured exceeding that in clause 1. above,
Return-a-Toner Ltd reserves the right to
cancel this agreement without prior notice.
- Either
party may cancel this agreement by giving thirty days notice,
all wheelie boxes being the legal possession of Return-a-Toner.
- Return-a-Toner
Ltd reserves the right to alter the terms of this
agreement at any time upon giving thirty days notice in
writing.
